Does Mzanzi Booth need power?

Absolutely, Mzanzi Booth does need power! We require a power supply that’s within 20 meters of your chosen setup area, as we come equipped with a 20-meter extension lead to make it easy for you. We get that every event is unique, and we’re all about flexibility! If you have a different setup in mind—like using your own generator or opting for a non-traditional power source—just give us a heads up before the event. We’ll work with you to ensure Mzanzi Booth fits seamlessly into your plans! 🎉✨

How many Photos can your guest Snap and Print?

All Mzanzi Booth packages come with unlimited photos, which means guests can jump in and take selfies every minute during your booth hire! After each fun photo session, your guests will get a print of their awesome memories. Each photo session will receive 2(2x6") prints, If they want more prints, no worries—they can hop back in for another quick photo session. 

How does payment work?

To lock in your booking, we require a 50% deposit upon accepting your quote. The remaining balance? It’s due 72 hours before your event.

What happens if you are late?

Important Timing Details for Your Mzanzi Booth Experience!

If you need to delay the start time, please note that the agreed end time for your booth hire will not be adjusted. Any delays caused by event-related issues (like late arrivals, proceedings running over time, power outages, and more) will count towards your booked hire time.

Example: If the booth is booked from 16:00 to 20:00 for a 4-hour package, but the booth is only used starting at 18:00, the end time will still be 20:00.

What happens if Mzanzi Booth is Late?

If Mzanzi Booth happens to run a bit late due to unforeseen circumstances, don’t worry! We’ve got your back! You will still enjoy every minute of the time you’ve paid for.

For example: If we arrive 30 minutes late for your event starting at 18:00, we’ll simply extend the fun and add that 30 minutes to the end time! So, let the good times roll! 🎈

Can Photos be customised with a Message, Logo or Corparate branding?

Absolutely, you can! Our branded prints are designed to feature your message, logo, or corporate branding—just let us know what you have in mind, and we'll customise it just for you! 

But that’s not all! If you’re eager for even more branding and customisation opportunities, we can also brand the backdrop for your booth and the Mzanzi Booth device itself with vibrant vinyls. Let's make your event unforgettable and uniquely yours! 🎉📸✨

When does my Event Package start?

Our awesome operators will be arriving ahead of schedule to set up your booth, ensuring everything is perfect for you! The setup time is on us and doesn’t count against your hire time. Your fun-filled package kicks off at the time you’ve arranged with Mzanzi Booth. Let the excitement begin! 🎉

How do we get the Booth to my Event?

Mzanzi Booth is here to make your event seamless and fun! Here’s how we roll:

  • All-Inclusive Service: We take care of transportation and setup, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!
  • Early Arrival: Our fantastic operator and the booth will arrive before the agreed start time to get everything set up just right.
  • On-Site Fun: This same operator will be your go-to person, manning the Booth throughout your event, ensuring everyone has a blast!
  • Effortless Wrap-Up: Once your hire time is up, our operator will pack everything up and hand over the Flash Drive with all the Pics and gifs from the event.

Pricing Made Simple

Transportation is free within 20km of the Bryanston Area 

Outside of that We charge a rate of R4.00 per kilometre.

We love that you’re having an amazing time with Mzanzi Booth! While we can’t always guarantee an extension beyond your booked time due to other events or operator availability, we’ll do our absolute best to make it happen!

  • Want More Time? If you're enjoying the fun and want to extend your hire time, just chat with our awesome operator to see if the booth is free for additional hours.
  • On-the-Spot Payment: If the booth is available and you decide to extend, simply make a payment of R700 per hour right then and there.
